I’ve never been a huge fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Rich is definitely someone I would recommend because he makes the process much more bearable.
I am a difficult patient because I don’t like people putting things in my mouth, my gag reflex is ridiculous, and I just have anxiety about the whole business. That said, Dr. Rich has put me at ease every time I have seen him and that has been for more years than I am will to figure out. He has a lot of patience for his patients. I have been going to Dr Rich since I was very young.He treats you like family takes the time to chat and talk with you.Never in a hurry to rush you in and out.Takes his time working on you to make sure things are done correctly.He did a root canal on me last year and did a fabulous job.I live in LA and still make the drive to Newport Beach to go to him.I wont go to anyone else! If you need a dentist DR. Rich is your man! highly reccomend him you wont be disappointed!
